Flat Roofing

 

Whether your roof is a new installation,

a replacement or in need of repair, R & J Whatley will provide you with a quality flat roof, made using high performance felts.

 

We can provide a Warm Roof Insulation System. Our preferred method is to use

a traditional hot bitumen pot but we also

use 'torch on' systems if specified; or preferred. We always quote to strip the existing felt roof covering back to the decking panels, to expose the boards to

check their condition, before re-laying a

new roof. 

Pitched Roofing

 

We fit Natural Slate, Man-made Tiles, Peg Tiles and Concrete Tiles, covering a waterproof membrane.

 

We can replace tiles either after storm damage; they are naturally weathered;

or through general wear & tear. 

 

We carry out repairs to

valley gutters and verges. 

Leadwork & Flashing

 

R & J Whatley provide a lead flashing service, using traditional lead flashing to straight cover flashing.

 

We repair leaks/damage and can provide new installation to modified or new buildings. We have the capability to repair chimney stacks and parapets, along with pointing work.

Fascia & Guttering

 

If your guttering looks old & tatty and needs replacing, we would be more than happy to oblige.

 

We offer guttering in a variety of colours, making your house look as good as new. Along with Soffits and Fascia Boards, it is quick, easy and cost effective.

Roof Windows & Skylights

 

Roof windows and/or Skilights are a great investment within the home these days. 

 

We can provide a range of Flat & Pitched Roof Skylights to suit your needs.

 

These provide an impressive amount of light and vision.

Maintenance/Repairs

 

As mentioned above, we carry out a wide range of repair work and maintenance jobs, either booked by the client, under warranty, storm damaged or covered under insurance; either way you will be guaranteed a quick, reliable fix.

Asbestos Roof Removal

 

We can convert your existing Asbestos roof into a solid timber decked structure, with built up felt roof covering.

 

All Asbestos is removed from site using an approved environmental contractor.
